Dream Home Assisted Living Facility

Selecting an assisted living home for your loved one requires careful consideration. While these decisions can be complicated, confusing, and overwhelming, our administrative team at Dream Home makes the process easier by providing clear answers to your most pressing questions.

What will I need prior to assisted living placement? Our administrator will need completed application forms and will provide a "Resident Care Checklist" and admission contract form.

What about short-term stays? Dream Home Assisted Living is open for vacation stays and during the day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Contact us for details.

How will I pay for assisted living service? Dream Home Assisted Living accepts private payment and supplemental insurance. Please contact the Administrative/Clinical Director for a copy of fees and rates as well as schedule of bills (due on receipts). Upon placement, the first 30 days of your loved one's stay must be paid in advance. Our Administrative/Clinical Director is available to assist you with further details or questions.

Placing your loved one

Dream Home Assisted Living wants to help you find the right environment for the person you care about. If we cannot provide everything you require for your loved one, we would be happy to reccomend other options.
